Chartered Institute of Legal Executives
On 30th January 2012, the sealed charter was presented to Justice Minister, Jonathan Djanongly at 10.30am. From that date the Institute of Legal Executives became the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and all Fellows of the Institute of Legal Executives are now entitled to call themselves a "Chartered Legal Executive".
Raising money for Children in Need
On Sunday 20th November 2011, Fiona took part with other people in a five hour Body Combat Marathon helping to raise money for Children in Need. In total the group raised just short of £1100.

FINALISTS in the Enterprise Vision Awards (EVA Awards) on 30th September 2011
Fiona Reid was nominated in the category of the Professional Services category of the EVA awards. Fiona was then shortlisted to ten ladies and then following interview with a judging panel, Fiona was then shortlisted to be a finalist. Fiona says, “I am very proud to be a finalist in the professional services category on behalf of Ascroft Whiteside. I look forward to helping more clients in the future and continuing the growth of Ascroft Whiteside Solicitors”.
The winners will be announced at the Awards ceremony at Ribby Hall on the 30th September 2011. The host of the evening is Kirsty Henshaw who won investment from Peter Jones and Duncan Bannatyne in the “Dragons Den”.
