Employment issues fall into two categories. Contentious matters that are dealt with by our Litigation and Family Division as part of Claims & Disputes. We advise both employers and employees on everything from disciplinary and grievance procedures to final tribunal hearings.

Contractual matters are dealt with by our Commercial and Business Division as part of Business Law. We can assist in preparing contracts of employment, service agreements and compromise agreements for all types and sizes of businesses.
